Starbucks Red Cups

Starbucks Red cups are back! One of my favorite things from winter are Starbucks cups. So festive and fun.












I like last year's a little bit more, I loved their aim last year. But these are still awesome. I actually screamed when I got my PSL in one.

Sinatra, Cadillacs, & Mrs. Cleaver

Good Morning! Lately, I've been on a 50's kick. Yea, I've always loved 50's, but really addicted recently.

You know, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Sammy Davis and the like.

I listen to this stuff while I play xbox, drink coffee, anytime, anywhere. Therefore, I could only wish to be listening to it while strolling along in something with fins. Fins. Gotta love 'em.

I don't want hydraulics, flame stripes, or demeaning sayings on my car, I just want big, 4500lb. fins. Classy fins.

But of course, you can't listen to Frank Sinatra or ride around in a Cadillac without taking the time to remember Barbara Billingsley, otherwise known as Mrs. Cleaver.

Barbara passed away recently, and the media brought to my attention her style. The 50's housewife style. Wear pearls while vacuuming, what a thought! If I could find a girl that would dress like a 50's housewife, well, yea. It's just so cool!

A Pondering

Photography is so cool. Once you forget you're looking through a viewfinder, you're set. You watch life happen. The only difference is, as a photographer, you can capture life, and share it with the world in seconds. As if everyone was there. Are you a pro photojournalist? You have one of the coolest jobs ever. You get to watch life, the ups and the downs, but then, you get to show the world what you experienced. You have one of the most important jobs, too.

Think about this next time you're shooting candid work. You're providing the world with an experience. Take pride in that.

Fall has a sibling.... Autumn.

A Small Welcome

Hello there! I'm Everett, but most call me Evie. I'm an Amateur photographer/"teach", I love technology, and I Love Coffee. Coffee is about 50% of my life. Seriously. I'm a Starbucks Gold Member. That should say a slight bit. Anywho-- I already have a blog, Life Through A Lens, although I'm only so good at keeping up with it. It's a photography blog, so I made this one to post everything else I want to talk about besides that. Hopefully this will, in turn, help me do better with that as well.

I like crafts, fashion, and a lot of other stuff that most boys my age don't care about. I hate rap, and love Jazz. I'm a weird kid, and you'll quickly realize that.

One more thing.... I -Suck- with HTML and fancy blog posts and stuff. All I can do is text and images, really. So no, this blog isn't a fancy professional site, just a humble little thing. That's it.

And now I'm off to work on images for a post! Huzzah!
